Refund Policy

1. Digital products

Premium VDJ Tracks are digital downloads. Once a payment is verified and the download is unlocked, the product is generally non-refundable.

2. When a refund may be considered

• You paid the correct amount but the order was accidentally approved twice / duplicate charge.
• Payment was verified, yet the file remains unavailable because of a confirmed technical fault on our side after you contacted support.
• We cancelled an order before download access was granted.

3. When refunds are not available

• Change of mind after successful download unlock.
• Wrong track selected by the customer.
• Compatibility issues on the customer’s device/software after a working file was delivered.
• False / incomplete UTR details, wrong amount paid, or payment not received.
• Account sharing or device-limit blocks.

4. How to request help

Email vdjnikofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of payment with:

• Order ID (if shown on payment status)
• UTR / transaction number
• Registered email / WhatsApp number
• Short description of the issue

We typically respond within 2–3 business days after verification.

5. Failed or pending UPI payments

If money left your account but the order stays pending, send the UTR and screenshot to support. Do not create multiple duplicate payments for the same track unless support asks you to.
