2. Website content

Remixes, videos, images, text and branding on this site belong to VDJ NIK or respective rights holders. You may browse and stream public previews for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Premium VDJ Tracks

• Paid tracks are sold for personal / DJ performance use as described on the product page.
• Purchase does not transfer copyright ownership unless a separate written license says so.
• Do not re-upload, resell, share download links, or redistribute paid files.
• Login-required tracks stay tied to your account (max 2 active devices). Guest downloads use a time-limited link.

4. Payments

Payments are completed through Google Pay / UPI. After you submit the UTR, VDJ NIK manually verifies the payment before unlocking the download. A wrong UTR, wrong amount, or incomplete details may delay or reject approval.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password and devices secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse downloads, share credentials, attempt fraud, or harm the website.

6. Prohibited use

• Scraping, attacking, or overloading the site.
• Uploading malware or submitting false payment proofs.
• Using the site for illegal activity.

7. Availability

Features, prices, track availability and previews may change. Temporary downtime for maintenance or hosting issues can occur.

8. Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VDJ NIK is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or download delays outside our reasonable control.
